Dress Code

I am responding to a post on a blog called englishanswerman that talks about if teachers should have a dress code. I personally think they should because if they expect the children at school to wear a certain kind of clothes then they should practice what they preach and follow a dress code designed for them. Some people say that they are professionals and they should not be told what to wear. I think if they believe they are professionals then they should dress accordingly to what they believe they are, professionals. They should not be wearing casual sweats and a pajama t-shirt. If you are a professional then you should wear nice pants, a nice shirt, and a tie(if you are a man). If you are a woman then you should wear a nice shirt and a skirt(maybe jeans sometimes) or a dress.
